The first step is to prepare a reservation agreement in writing. The purpose of the contract is to temporarily exclude the house from sale.

2. Property developer's contract

The next step is related to signing property developer's contract. We sign this agreement in the form of a notarial deed and it is bilaterally binding. Developer is bonded to establish or transfer a specific right to the buyer after completion of the development project, and the buyer is bound for payment.

3. Act of establishing ownership

The last element is writing a contract transferring ownership of the house. The preparation of the document precedes the technical acceptance of the house, in accordance with the provisions contained in the property developer's contract.
